Joy Lindquist

I am a New York State licensed acupuncturist with a private practice in Carroll Gardens, Brooklyn (http://www.RootandSpirit.com). Before I went back to school to study acupuncture, I spent ten years as a public health educator working with various not-for-profit organizations and NYC agencies. I'm also the Wellness Coordinator at SUNY Downstate Medical Center at Long Island College Hospital in Brooklyn.

I am passionate about helping people learn to live a healthy and happy life!  I am especially interested in diet and nutrition, and how food choices affect our health.
